EUGENE, Ore. — The Civil Liberties Defense Center says five of its clients had federal charges stemming from protests at the Federal Building in Eugene dismissed Friday, with about a dozen clients still waiting to receive court dates for recent protests.
Though clients’ names were not revealed, as the CLDC says all fear retaliation and profiling by federal law enforcement, the five cases were related to protests between November and December of 2025.
