CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Three people are charged with stealing more than $122,000 from an 87-year-old woman in Hamilton County, including $70,000 and two vehicles, authorities said.
Thomas Dukes, Fray Chaney and Jennifer Smith, all of East Price Hill, are charged with theft from a person in a protected class, identity fraud against a person in a protected class and telecommunications fraud.
