CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 75 in Cincinnati that left a 7-year-old boy injured.
Officers responded shortly after 1 p.m. to reports of gunfire on the southbound lanes near the Western Hills Viaduct. Police said they found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Family members identified the boy as Josiah Emanuel Warren Hayes, known as “Jojo.”…
