OHIO — The Move Over/Slow Down law has been on the books in Ohio for 27 years, but the Ohio State Highway Patrol says it still finds it necessary to remind drivers of the requirement.
The renewed emphasis comes after a trooper was struck from behind and killed last year while attending to a call on the berm of an interstate highway.
