A Silver Alert is in effect Wednesday in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties for an at-risk 83-year-old woman last seen in Sylmar.
Martha Sandoval-Montero was last seen at about 7 a.m. Tuesday near Foothill Boulevard and Bledsoe Street, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert Tuesday on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
