A Jacksonville entrepreneur and race car driver now has an office building in South Jacksonville.
Cushman & Wakefield announced Feb. 17 that the firm’s Florida Capital Markets Group represented FCA Partners in the $9.275 million sale of the Centurion Centre I office building in South Jacksonville. The buyer is an LLC tied to Tiger Tari, a race car driver and founder of Jacksonville-based Star Spangled Racing.
