LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A woman filed a lawsuit against the University of Kentucky, claiming the school was negligent in preventing her rape and assault.
The woman and her attorney claim the university was aware of the potential for such an attack in the dorms and didn’t establish further safety measures, according to reporting by the Lexington Herald-Leader.
