LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – An LMDC officer is now out of a job after pleading guilty to official misconduct from an incident with an inmate in 2024.
In May of 2024, Joseph Cortina was shoved and tased at Louisville Metro Department of Corrections, something his attorney, Sara Collins, says his behavior didn’t warrant.
