I would like to weigh in on the issue of anonymous complaints. I have noticed a very interesting change many adults go through as they age. They revert to their childhood behaviors! Instead of being occupied with activities that create friendships and enjoyment, many spend time doing nothing or on their computer or cell phone constantly! They become less social with neighbors and actually become irritated by neighbor activity. They become “tattletales” like little children sometimes do. Because they can complain without being identified, they become empowered to inform on others they feel are breaking the rules! I am afraid if this continues someone will be caught informing and the person being turned in might cause physical harm to the informer!
