A deranged woman was arrested after refusing to leave a recreation center in The Villages.
Officers were called at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12 to the La Hacienda Recreation Center after 49-year-old Naseem Alhai refused to leave the facility after closing hours, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. A recreation center employee told police that Alhai had been walking around the property for “several hours” and somehow made it into the building after closing. The employee said that Alhai was making “deranged statements” and refused to leave.
The native of Pakistan insisted that the recreation center was her “actual residence” and also claimed that the recreation center was “Donald Trump’s house.” She remained uncooperative.
Officers attempted to escort Alhai from the building, but she resisted their efforts. When they tried handcuff her, she pulled her arm away multiple times…
