HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WROC) — Three people were seriously injured, including two with potentially life-threatening injuries, after a head-on crash shut down a roadway in Henrietta Tuesday night, authorities said.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on East River Road near Minett Drive.
