Virginia State Police is investigating a two-vehicle crash, which resulted in a fatality. The crash occurred Friday, Feb 13, 2026 at 11:08 p.m. on Jubal Early Highway, just south of Windridge Road in Franklin County.
A 2025 Honda Civic was traveling south on Jubal Early Highway when the vehicle crossed the centerline and struck a 2019 Dodge Ram head-on.
