SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A weeklong crime suppression effort across the High Desert and surrounding Inland cities resulted in 106 arrests and the seizure of 31 firearms, including two ghost guns, authorities said.
Between Feb. 9, 2026, and Feb. 15, 2026, investigators conducted enforcement activity in Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia, Phelan, Colton, San Bernardino, Rialto, Fontana, Highland and Mentone as part of Operation Consequences, according to a written statement from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
During the operation, investigators from the Sheriff’s Gangs/Narcotics Division, along with deputies from patrol stations and the Specialized Enforcement Division, worked alongside the San Bernardino County Probation Department, California Highway Patrol, San Bernardino Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, Upland Police Department, Colton Police Department, Ontario Police Department, Fontana Police Department and Chino Police Department.
