For Apalachee Parkway, it’s out with Slim Chickens and in with Raising Cane’s.
The chicken tender chain is opening its second Tallahassee location at 2000 Apalachee Parkway, where now sits a 7,800-square-foot building that’s long been been home to several banks. It wasn’t immediately clear whether that structure would be torn down.
The news comes soon after Slim Chickens pulled up stakes at its location across the street at 2329 Apalachee Parkway, the site of the former La Fiesta Mexican restaurant and The Mill Bakery, Brewery and Eatery before that…
