BRANDON, Fla. (WFLA) — A baby born at 22 weeks and weighing just over 1 pound was discharged from Brandon Hospital on Wednesday, after spending 257 days in the neonatal intensive care unit.
The hospital said John Delancey III, known to staff members and family as Johnboy, JJ, Johnny, Lil John and Big John, was born on June 6, 2025, weighing only 1 pound and 0.2 ounces.
