RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Police have arrested a driver in connection with a deadly hit-and-run that killed a 23-year-old pedestrian Monday evening in downtown Richmond.
Hope Cartwright was struck while crossing at East Cary Street and South Second Street. Police used Flock cameras to find and arrest the accused driver Latesha Coleman.
The incident marks at least the second pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run in Richmond since January.
