EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Several law enforcement units responded to East El Paso after a semi-truck’s cargo tipped over on Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 18, according to a spokesperson with the El Paso Fire Department.
The spokesperson said the call came in at 11 a.m. Wednesday on Montana Avenue and Airway Boulevard.
