A Pennsylvania-based medical real estate firm has purchased the site of northeastern Wisconsin’s sole 24/7 emergency pet hospital.
Terramed Real Estate Solutions on Feb. 17 announced it paid $7.11 million for the BluePearl Pet Hospital Fox Valley property at 4706 New Horizons Blvd., in Grand Chute.
But don’t worry, the property sale doesn’t mean the business isn’t going anywhere…
