JACKSON — A 27-year-old Jackson woman has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting earlier this week at an apartment complex on Raymond Road, police said.
Jackson Police Department officials said Jamecia Harper, 27, was taken into custody by Robbery/Homicide Unit detectives for her alleged involvement in the killing. Harper is charged with murder and felon in possession of a firearm.
