LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The man who was shot during an arrest attempt in northeast Lincoln in November 2025 had his sentencing delayed for the second time Wednesday.
According to court records, 41-year-old John Massa was originally set to be sentenced Feb. 4, but his court date was moved to Wednesday after he had a medical emergency.
