After more than a decade of planning, construction of a full-access interchange at Highway 610 and East River Road in Coon Rapids is expected to begin in September and be completed in late 2027.
Final plans are expected to be completed in about one month. Right-of-way acquisition is under way, and the city — not the Minnesota Department of Transportation — plans to seek bids on the project in July.
