SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane’s Salvation Army is celebrating a new and improved way to serve those in need. Wednesday they cut the ribbon to re-open Hope Market food pantry.
The pantry and family resource center on East Indiana is now three times larger and more accessible for the community, says Captain David Cain. Clients are able to “shop” the client-choice style market twice a month.
