Man gets 32 months for threats against Kern County Supervisor Jeff Flores

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 62-year-old man who pleaded no contest to sending threatening emails to Kern County Supervisor Jeff Flores was sentenced Wednesday to 32 months in prison, prosecutors said.

Parrish Buzzard was accused of sending a total of 112 messages in March 2025 to two county email addresses. Most went to Flores.
