COLUMBIA CITY – A Columbia City man has been arrested for allegedly battering a woman.
William Todd Bolinger, 67, Columbia City, is charged with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, a level 6 felony.
On Feb. 16, officers with the Columbia City Police Department received a complaint about a battery. The victim told officers that Bolinger had battered her. She stated to officers that Bolinger grabbed her hair and dragged her to the ground. The victim told officers that Bolinger also bit her leg and punched her in the eye. Officers brought the victim to a hospital and proceeded to the residence where the battery occurred.
