The teen was riding westbound on Cleversburg Road when she entered the intersection with Baltimore Road in Southampton Township around 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15, according to the release.
At the same time, Nichole R. Moate, 48, of Biglerville, was driving a 2020 Ford Escape northbound on Baltimore Road and traveled through a clearly marked stop sign without stopping, troopers said.
