KNOXVILLE, Tenn — A Knoxville man is facing several charges after police said he tried to rob a restaurant on Merchant Drive while armed with a bat and claiming to have a bomb.
Shoan Labeaux, 28, is charged with evading arrest, aggravated robbery, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
