MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Cordova mother is still calling for justice nearly two years after her son was murdered in South Memphis.
Maalik Cade, 19, was found shot to death on Pillow Street and Kerr Avenue on April 1, 2024.
Since then, his mother, Deborah Golden, has prayed for an arrest and closure.
Deborah Golden told WREG she has walked in the area of Pillow Street and Kerr Avenue several times since her son’s death, hoping someone might have information that could help find her son’s killer.
