ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Former Ogden police officer Steven Ploof took a plea deal after threatening a federal agent in Rochester last year.
Court paperwork showed Ploof pleaded guilty to threatening an FBI agent’s family by leaving threatening signs at the agent’s Ogden home in September.
