More than 100 restaurants to participate in annual Sonoma County Restaurant Week

Sonoma County Restaurant Week returns for the 17th time with the initiative “Sonoma County Grown” to highlight local ingredients and wine that make Sonoma County a culinary haven from Feb. 23 to March 1.

During this annual event, participating restaurants offer patrons curated prix fixe menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Over 100 restaurants are taking part this year to share the best food and wine Sonoma County has to offer.

“The big overarching goal of Restaurant Week, and what’s special about it, is to really support the local restaurants we have here. Support that economy, support all of the amazing chefs we have here,” Ailish McGiffin, marketing and tourism fellow with the Economic Development Collaborative, said. “And from a selfish standpoint, you’re just going to eat some really good food.”…
