After several weeks of investigation, New Castle County Police have announced the arrests of two young men and a teenager in connection to last month’s shooting outside of the Paladin Club Apartments.
19-year old Jhanir Fair-Cook, 18-year old Tristan Miller, and a 15-year old are charged with assault and reckless endangering.
