A Holly Ridge man was arrested Feb. 12 and is facing multiple charges involving a child and controlled substances, according to the Holly Ridge Police Department.
Police said Benjamin Troy Martin was taken into custody and charged with indecent liberties with a child, exposing a child to controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Martin was processed at the Onslow County Jail and issued no bond, authorities said…
