GRAHAM, N.C. (WGHP) — Graham police say it was thanks to your help that they were able to catch the suspect accused of hitting a man and driving away.
Jahmad Williams, 27, stood before a judge on Wednesday. Williams is accused of the Feb. 8 morning crash, which happened at the intersection of East Harden Street and Woody Drive in Graham.

Williams had already posted a bond and was sitting in the courtroom until the judge called his case. When he stood before the judge, he asked for a court-appointed attorney. Graham police say the community helped with the case, which led them to arrest Williams 10 days after the crash.
