A West Baton Rouge Parish prison inmate was recaptured early Wednesday, two days after he walked off a work-release job site.
Dwanye Cedotal, 41, of Plaquemine was working as a trustee inmate of the West Baton Rouge Parish prison at a job site on North Street in Baton Rouge. Cedotal had been convicted of burglary.
