CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The man shot and killed Monday near the intersection of Secretariat Drive and Martin Street has been identified as 18-year-old Donavan Encinia, according to the Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Corpus Christi Police Department Public Information Officer Madeline Commons told 3NEWS on Tuesday that the individuals who were detained in connection with the shooting on Monday have since been released and that no arrests have been made at this time.
