APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – An Outagamie County judge declared a mistrial in the case against Ferris Robinson.
The decision came on the second day of Robinson’s trial on felony charges for a shooting on Appleton’s College Avenue in November 2023. Robinson would face up to 70 years in prison if found guilty.
