ROCKFORD — The city’s first 7 Brew drive-thru coffee shop is planned for the southwest corner of Riverside Boulevard and Bell School Road.
There’s no set timeline for when the drive-through coffee shop, which would not have indoor seating, would be built on the vacant plot of land.
First Midwest Group, which owns the land through a subsidiary LLC, earned unanimous 7-0 approval Wednesday from the city’s Zoning Board of Appeals on a special-use permit for the coffee shop.
