Traffic stop leads to weapon and drug charges for 20-year-old in Rockford

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A Rockford man was arrested on Monday after police say he was found with a loaded handgun and over two grams of cocaine.

Joseph Holloway-Rockwell, 20, is charged with:

  • aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon
  • possession of a weapon without a serial number
  • possession of a high-capacity ammunition device
  • possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance
