Colorado Weather is starting icy and quiet across Denver this morning, with temperatures near 22 degrees and wind chills in the teens. Light snow from earlier bands has left damp pavement in spots, especially on bridges and elevated ramps along I-70 and C-470. Drivers are seeing patchy slick areas before sunrise.
According to the National Weather Service in Denver/Boulder, areas of light snow and slippery roads will linger early, mainly in the foothills and eastern plains.
