PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Police are looking for the person responsible for an overnight shooting that left a man seriously hurt in north Phoenix.
Police responded near 24th Street and Cactus Road just after 1 a.m. Wednesday for reports of an armed man who was making threats toward other people, along with one person who had been shot.
