Metcalf Builders has officially broken ground on Prospector Apartments, a new multi-family affordable housing community that will transform the former Community Assistance Center site into 136 modern residential units in the heart of downtown Reno.
Located at 314 Evans Ave., the $32.8 million new construction project will span approximately 149,330 square feet and is being developed by Ulysses Development Group, with architectural design led by Kephart and Vida Designs.
