Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark says a Bronx man was sentenced for carrying out a shooting outside a bodega in Morris Heights that left a woman paralyzed from the waist down.
Ferraud Francis, 40, will serve 11 years behind bars and 10 years post-release supervision for shooting at the 46-year-old woman and her spouse on a busy sidewalk at 1800 Cedar Ave. in 2023, striking the woman twice.
