COLLEGEDALE, Tenn. — A traffic stop in Collegedale has led to federal immigration detention, even as the man’s family says his permanent residency card had just arrived in the mail.
Family members say Pablo Viteri Ruiz is currently being held at an ICE detention facility in Jena, Louisiana, and they are waiting for a hearing date.
