Burlington’s city council has resolved to file a second lawsuit against a developer whom it has already taken to court over the unfinished infrastructure in his subdivisions.
The council originally took legal action against Zachary Tran last spring in order to compel him or his bonding company to finish paving the streets in Huffman Point – a residential development located off of Grand Oaks Boulevard.
