FALL RIVER, Mass. (WJAR) — Fall River fire officials said 14 people were displaced and two dogs died in an apartment fire on Thursday.
According to fire officials, they received a report of a fire on 99 Aetna St. shortly after 2 p.m.
Firefighters said the fire blew out the back windows.
