Stabbing on East Campus leaves SBPD looking for two suspects

At 5:02 p.m. on Feb. 18, an altercation broke out on the first floor of the Earth and Biological Sciences Building on City College’s East Campus that resulted in an individual being stabbed, according to a campus-wide statement made by Executive Director of Public Affairs and Communications Jordan Killebrew.

Campus security was first to the scene and the Santa Barbara Police Department is on campus. One to two suspects are reported to be wearing masks and dressed in all black. The suspects were last seen heading toward the West Campus parking structure.

Some parts of City College have been placed under a shelter-in-place notice, including the Luria Library and classes have been canceled for the rest of the evening…
