Diners can look forward to food service again when a new restaurant opens at the former TGI Fridays in Allentown.
Owner Donny Petridis said he intends to open the new concept within a year at the Shops at Cedar Point at 395 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., where he has signed a lease.
Petridis, who also owns The Shelby in Lower Macungie Township, said he hasn’t determined the name or menu for the new restaurant but that it would open for lunch and dinner all week…
