LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Louisville Riverport Authority is launching a major effort to modernize one of the region’s largest industrial hubs, aiming to strengthen infrastructure, grow jobs and expand Louisville’s role in global trade.
Leaders announced a new master plan Thursday focused on upgrading facilities at Riverport, which has powered Louisville’s economy for decades through manufacturing, logistics and distribution companies.
