RIDGELAND, Miss. (WLBT) – Ridgeland Mayor Gene McGee is joining the mayor of Byram in pushing against legislation creating a new authority to take over Jackson’s water and sewer systems.
On Wednesday, McGee shared a list of eight amendments he is proposing to House Bill 1677, the Metro Jackson Water Authority Act.
