Snow totals: 38 inches in northern Minnesota, 1-7 around Twin Cities metro

The snow has stopped falling across most of Minnesota, but not before dropping surprisingly large totals in parts of the state.

The highest total in the state so far? Over 38 inches along the North Shore, and some light snow could keep falling there for a few more hours. Around the Twin Cities metro area, totals ranged from 1 inch to more than 7.
