DALLAS — A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection to a fatal shooting of another teen, according to Dallas police.
The Dallas Police Department (DPD) said officer responded at approximately 12:30 P.M. on Feb. 18 to the 3400 block of Pruitt Avenue for a shooting call. When officers got there, they found a 17-year-old teen had been shot by another teenage boy.
